The art of cooking, can be a great positive distraction for mental health, it also is a great life skill and provides a good sense of achievement. Eating healthily is not only good for your physical health, but mental wellbeing as well.

If you are interested in learning how to cook and want to sample some really tasty food - why not consider joining our fun and therapeutic Cook & Eat group in Darlington? The group meet twice monthly on Thursday mornings, and do various types of meals.
