At Darlington Mind, we believe that walking and talking with peers is not only a great way to stay physically active, but it also provides mental health benefits. Our Walking Group meets every Tuesday and Friday for regular walks in Darlington and the surrounding areas. Whether you're exploring the beautiful scenery or learning about historical points of interest, our walks provide an invigorating and enjoyable experience for all participants.

  • Easy-to-Follow Walks: Our walks are rated as either easy or moderate, depending on the duration and terrain. Whether you’re new to walking or an experienced walker, you’ll find a pace that works for you.
  • Transport Provided: For walks that take us to destinations further afield, Darlington Mind offers transport via our own minibus, making it easier for you to join in no matter where the walk is.
