On 1st December, Darlington Mind held its first Mental Elf festive fun run in South Park, Darlington. Over 200 runners and walkers of all ages gathered together in their best costumes for a 5km route

To mark World Mental Health Day we ran an information, activity and fundraising stall in Darlington town centre on Sat 12 Oct. Until the heavy rain came we saw a steady stream of people come and have
