This week, we’re proud to celebrate Local Mind Week – a time to shine a spotlight on the vital work we do here at Darlington Mind to support mental health and wellbeing in our community.
We’re more than just a charity. We’re #YourLocalMind – here for you, your family, your neighbours, and anyone in our area who may be struggling with their mental health. Our mission is simple: to ensure no one in our community faces a mental health problem alone.
What Makes Darlington Mind Unique?
As an independent local charity, we’re part of the Mind network, but we operate entirely on our own. That means:
- We raise our own funds
- We design and deliver services based on local needs
And every penny raised locally stays in the local area
So, when you support us, you're helping people right here in Darlington and County Durham.
