Would you like to look at increasing your emotional resilience? If so, Darlington Mind’s Emotional Resilience sessions might be for you.

Resilience is our psychological strength to deal with stress and adversity as we navigate the journey of life. Having good levels of emotional resilience acts like a car’s shock absorbers, reducing the impact of life’s knocks.

Join our Emotional Resilience Classes and learn essential tools to:

✅ Manage stress and anxiety✅ Build a positive mindset✅ Stay calm and focused during difficult times

All sessions are stand-alone and will provide practical hints and tips for you to try, with the aim of improving or maintaining your resilience and overall mental wellbeing.

6th Feb - Managing Anxiety

20th Feb - Building Emotional Resilience

6th Mar - Managing Depression

20th Mar - Mindfulness

3rd Apr - Managing Stress

24th Apr - Building Confidence & Self-Esteem

8th May - Managing Anxiety

9:30-12:15 (incl. a 15 minute break). £5 per half day session, payable in advance to secure your place.
