Learning sessions are aimed at individuals experiencing any amount of mental or emotional discomfort including; anxiety, depression, low mood negative thoughts, stress or emotional difficulties. All sessions are offered face to face in our Darlington Centre. Each course is 3 hours in duration, you can attend as many or as few sessions as you want to.
